Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The minimum order quantity is just 1 piece, but your total order value must be at least ৳1,000. So you can buy a single item as long as the order reaches ৳1,000. Many products also offer wholesale price breaks, where the per-unit price drops as you order more.

What's the difference between Buy & Ship and Ship Only?

With Buy & Ship, IzzeBuy purchases the product from the Chinese supplier on your behalf and ships it to Bangladesh; a 5% AIT applies as required by Bangladesh law. With Ship Only, you have already bought the goods in China and IzzeBuy handles freight and delivery only — no AIT. Both include our 10% service fee.

How long does delivery from China to Bangladesh take?

Delivery to Bangladesh takes 7–12 business days by air freight and 25–35 days by sea freight. Air is fastest and suits most orders; sea is cheaper for large, heavy, or air-restricted shipments. After your goods clear customs at our Dhaka hub, we deliver to your address anywhere in Bangladesh.

Which products cannot be shipped by air?

By air, Bangladesh customs restricts standalone batteries, most electronics with built-in batteries, liquids over 10ml, perfumes, powders, pastes, flammables, and strong magnets. Do I have to pay import duty, VAT, or customs charges?

How much do I pay upfront, and when do I pay the rest?
